Job Responsibilities:

Have full picture of E-commerce business. Develop annual plan of all E-commerce platform, identify and BD opportunities on other platforms. 

拥有生意的全局观。 制定年度和长期电商各个平台策略，了解电商发展趋势，发现并且抓住新的生意发展机会。

Understand how your work impacts business goals – Sales achievement, and how to drive sales with traffic, conversion rate, ASP, customer experiences improvement etc. Use the careful data analysis to measure the initiatives based on your decision

通过客户管理，流量、转化率、客单价、客户体验和客户服务的优化来完成销售指标，并且进行量化数据的分析。

Build, maintain, and manage good relationship with E-commerce platform vendor managers. Have significant influences on E-commerce vendor managers and marketing managers negotiations and bridge E-commerce platform and internal departments, such as E-commerce marketing, supply chain, customer services, finance etc.

建立、维护、 管理和电商平台的采销经理、市场经理等的良好的关系。对电商平台方有足够的影响力。起到协调电商平台和公司各个部门的良好桥梁作用 ，比如电商市场部，供应链，客服，财务部门等。

Lead campaign development and synergy and price strategy planning and execution. Play an active role in identifying the risks and potential higher ROI opportunities, and analysis to make tradeoffs.

带领有效的促销活动策划，价格策略的计划和执行。发现生意风险和高投资回报率的生意机会，同时通过分析找到权衡的方法

Manage E-commerce KA & sales Team effectively.

有效地管理好电商销售团队。

Requirements:

任职要求：

1 Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant major;

相关专业本科以上学历；

2 Minimum 5 years’experience at E-commerce area in MNC or E-commerce agencies，or E-commerce platform, 3 years as people manager;

品牌方，电商平台或者代运营公司5年以上工作经验，至少3年直线经理管理经验；

3 Strong KA management skills, business development skills and knowledge in business；

专注于电商平台大客户管理，电商平台业务的业务拓展及出色的业务知识;

4 Good user knowledge E-commerce business analysis with PC software；

良好运用计算机软件进行电商业务分析， 从而带来业务的增长和生意机会;

5 Experience in durable consumption industry or home appliance related brand will be a plus；

有耐用消费品行业或家电相关品牌工作经验优先;

6 Result oriented, data-analysis skills, Self-motivated, actionable, can-do attitude, eager to learn, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a well-organized way, while maintaining high quality work；

结果导向，有数据分析能力，自我激励，有行动力，吃苦耐劳，持续学习，能有条理地处理多项任务并能高质量的完成工作;

7 Good written English, able to communicate with verbal English.

良好的书面英文沟通能力，也能使用英语进行沟通。
