DUTIES

 To actively communicate with members and guests to build and sustain a high level of customer service and member satisfaction.
和会员及客人随时沟通，建立并保持高水平的服务和客人满意度 。
Assist the daily operations of the club, direct and supervise staff in their daily tasks.
协助管理日常工作，指导和管理员工的工作。
Ensure the facility is run in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by the Kerry Hotel Beijing and Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.
确保一切运转正常并遵守北京嘉里大酒店和香格里拉集团的战略目标和服务标准。
REQUIREMENTS
Good Attitude 具有良好工作态度
Fluent oral and written in Mandarin & English 流利的中英文口语及书写能力
At least one year experience in the same position in international hotels 国际连锁酒店同岗位工作经验一年以上

DUTIES

To warmly greet all members and guests entering and exiting the club.
Handle court reservations, Personal Training, massage appointments and inquiries, cashiering, retail inventory, administrative work and projects as assigned.
Maintain a positive and professional image at all time.
友好的向进出会员致意。处理客人的场地预订，私人教练，按摩预订及其他咨询；收银；盘点及指定的任务。时刻保持积极专业的形象。

REQUIREMENTS
Experience in a similar capacity in a 5 star hotel or Membership Club 有5星级酒店或健身俱乐部相关工作经验
Minimum High School Diploma 高中以上学历
Careful & Proactive 细心谨慎、积极主动
Enghusiatic & open minded 热情开放
