1、负责项目的甲方、总包、监理单位及施工队的协调工作

2、负责项目的质量、进度、成本、安全、相关资料管理与统筹

3、负责组织处理工程变更洽商

4、组织做好工程资料的收集、整理和上交归档，配合公司做好工程结算

5、组织工程自查，配合甲方、监理和主管部门做好工程验收，组织撤场和善后处理

6、加强对施工原材料、机具等的管理，厉行节约、反对浪费，努力降低工程成本

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，可用英语进行邮件沟通

2、具有同岗位3年以上工作经验，熟练操作CAD软件，能分析工程图纸

3、熟悉工装隔断等工程管理各项工作流程并有自己的安装队

4、工作踏实，吃苦耐劳。具有较强的专业协调能力与沟通能力

Head of Projects

· Project Operations – Manage HK and International Project team resources allocation to all projects. Establish and set clear roles and responsibilities including open communication and collaboration. Implement procedures to improve work flow, efficiency and execution of projects. Monitor the team to achieve smooth and efficient site executions, installations, handover and after sales maintenance follow up.

· Project Management – Develop and establish project management key documents, program, reporting documents etc for team’s application on all projects. Monitor JEB vendors and installers workmanship / services / resources. Coordinate with Design, Production and Procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of overseas projects with minimum risks. Take the lead in managing all projects to safeguard against project risks and construction risks. Monitor the projects’ progress to ensure on time project delivery.

· Technical Support – Address technical issues on sites. Act as a consultant role and provide technical expertise in assisting Project team to solve installation issues, as well as solving other technical problems arise in different stage of project cycle, such as manufacturing feasibility and drafting issues. Provide training to new Project team members.

· Team Management – Set key personal targets for individual team members to mentor, guide and give feedback for personal development and growth in the company.

· Travel is required for communication with overseas dealers and clients
