· Work closely with corporate operations team to ensure the service level for clients and project

· Adhere to company policy and operation procedure and implement it into daily work

· Support company preferred supplier and product

· Handle supplier relationship to ensure the quality of supplier

· Handle all kind of outbound delegation or inbound group tour under the delegation of the team leader

· At least 5 years of related working experience

· Good domestic and international routing knowledge

· High hotel industry knowledge

· Good knowledge with other top travel industry product, car rental, package tour etc.

· Profound network in travel industry

· Rich experience of outbound group handling

· Domestic group handling experience is also preferred

· Proposal and bidding experience is a must

· Proven accomplished MICE cases

· Fluent English speaking and good command over computer

· Well organized and independent

· Ability to attend to details and accuracy

· Team player with good sense of empathy and concern over people

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
