1. Develops candidate interest for available positions 

2. Develops a network of referrals

3. Uses networking opportunities such as local community groups or professional associations to identify referrals for qualified candidates

4. Searches the internet using search engines, user groups or blogs and other creative techniques to find qualified candidates

5. Identifies user groups and professional associations which could lead to qualified candidates

6. Other administrative tasks as needed

7. Record related document.

8. Performs other miscellaneous duties as required by management

【职位要求】

1. At least 3-5 years’ experience in headhunter background ideally with Automotive Manufacturing experience. 

2. Experience with computers, including internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet etc.

3. With ability to use multi-channel approach to source high quality candidates 

4. Strong knowledge of Automotive Manufacturing recruitment best practices

5. Ability to handle multiple searches simultaneously, prioritize and work against deadlines

6. Adaptability in approach and work style to meet changing demands, circumstances, and fast-paced environments

7. bachelor’s degree above

8. English can be working language.
