Founded in 2003 by 10 professionals in the IP sector, HFG’s now consists of almost 100 staff based in three offices in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

• Assist Of Counsel, Head of Food Practice in providing up-to-date food regulations, food safety standards, knowledge of government food policy and guideline. The job holder should assist of counsel for documents translation, summary report writing, public HFG WeChat maintenance, and documents and invoices consolidation.
• Communicate clearly with business partners about cross functional teamwork for project and day to day routine work.
• Assist Of Counsel in building alignment with HFG relevant departments, clients, government agencies, industry associations, and academia bodies. Identify issues and develop internal alignment and execution plan.
• Understand potential issues and able to take effective communications with key stakeholders to highlight potential risks and obstacles.
• Provide basic regulation consultation, regulation database search, regulation and standard translation (Chinese, English), excel spread sheet to summarize search results and compliance preliminary reviews.
• Prepare necessary presentation materials and other documents with guidelines from Of Counsel.
• Daily assistance to Of Counsel as necessary

WORK EXPERIENCE & CORE COMPETENCIES

Preferably at least 1-3 years working experience in the Food/Food Ingredients/Cosmetic industry.

EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS

Minimum bachelor’s degree, major in Food Science, Engineering, Law；

Fluent in English, both oral and writing；

Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications；
