Job Description

This position is responsible for MetLife China tele-marketing production system support ; Problem and bug fixing, and major enhancement development work. 

Job Requirements

·       Major enhancement and software development project.

·       Communication with client business users to meet client satisfaction.

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional training.

• 5 years + experience with .NET development.
• Experience on team lead of development team.
• Java experience is a plus and nice to have. 
• Familiar with Microsoft Visual Studio / Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
• Familiar with SDLC.
• Nice to have IT support and ITIL knowledge.
• Nice to have Incidents handling and management.
• Nice to have Service Request handling and management.
• Nice to have Production system bug tracking, fixing and communication back to client.
