Key Responsibilities

To be in charge of training needs analysis for all functions 

To planning and organizing general training program to meet the business needs

To coordinate with functional departments to ensure the program’s implementation

To monitor and follow up the implementation of skills and knowledge

To collect and update all general training materials

To be in charge of logistics such as transportation, accommodation, events

To update and maintain the training record of database.

To be in charge of orientation training for new staff

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

College degree 

Experience & knowledge

At least 2 years training/HR experience 

Core competencies:

1.Planning and organization skill

2.Interpersonal communication skill

3.Proactive and independent

4.Good command in English and familiar with MS office.
