职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Keep close communication with sales dept.and understand their requests.
- Check and confirm the revenue and invoices are same monthly.
- Customer payment matching and posting, including down payments .
- Cash Collection: creating and sending reports to the relevant departments, reminding them of open items etc.
- Be in charge of all issues related customers, such as AR aging, payment reminder etc.
- Customer maintenance in SAP.
- Be in charge of issuing VAT invoices and upload to the golden tax system.
- Daily delivery of bank balances & monthly bank reconciliation.
- Monthly delivery of actual cash flow.
- Upload the payment in on-line banking.
- Open and close bank accounts and all issues related bank acceptance draft or bank guarantee.
- Prepare supporting documents of cash incoming from oversea that bank requests.
- Pay out for duty to custom.
- Understand the requirements of SAFE about bonded business and provide to sales dept. in advance to support business.
- Print and archive the finance vouchers.
- Support all kinds of audit or inspection.
- Other ad hoc assignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Above 3 years of experience in Finance, minimum 1 year of experience in AR.
- Be familiar with SAP, especially for controlling of credit management for customer
- Good finance sense and problem-solving capability.
- Able to work under pressure and work independently.
- Good command of English.
- Conversant with PC operation, especially Excel, PPT.
