职位描述
Job Scope:
This role is within our flexible benefits administration team in manage the delivery and quality of requirements specifications for our client benefit programs, developing and executing test plans, coordinating internal acceptance testing, coordinating implementation, renewal and ad-hoc project activities with the Implementation Team, ensuring operational efficiencies and continuous improvement activities through continuous improvement and stream-lining activities in partnership with the administration team, and ensuring user guides are in place for clients’ for our benefit programs, all in accordance with Aon’s and our clients’standards of service.
Responsibilities:
- Create, review, manage sign-off, and maintain ongoing benefits requirements (flexible benefits and claims documentation) to agreed project schedules and SLA’s across all assigned clients.
- Work with the Implementation Team to develop agreed assigned interface and report specifications (flexible benefits and claims documentation) – including insurer / third party requirements to agreed SLA’s.
- Work with the Configuration Team to resolve queries to agreed SLA’s.
- Work collaboratively and in partnership with the Claims Admin Team to resolve queries, issues and meet Aon’s and clients’ standards of service deliverables and SLA’s.
- Work with the Regional Implementation Team to support the business in the definition, planning and execution of testing strategies for internal acceptance testing (IAT) to ensure quality of system built to agreed SLA’s.
- Act as main co-ordination point person of internal acceptance testing (IAT) with the business administration team and the Regional Implementation Team to agreed SLA’s.
- Work with the Implementation Team and the business to support the client in the definition, planning and execution of testing strategies of user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality of system build to agreed SLA’s.
- Raise any defects arising from IAT and UAT and follow through resolution with Implementation Team to agreed SLA’s.
- Contribute in discussions and help provide solutions for appropriate process changes / new processes, appropriate technology changes / new technology solutions to the success of the business and client deliverables.
- Develop and document operational processes, business rules and user guides for client benefits plans in accordance with client business rules, operational process and compliance regulations – all in accordance with agreed SLA’s.
- Work with the Operational Team (administration and claims teams) to produce monthly SLA reports on operational performance.
- Provide support to Operational Team (administration and claims teams) to resolve operational process or systems issues, to aid in maintaining the client base.
- Provide support to Consultants in maintaining the client base.
- Continually investigate, asses and identify areas where processes or services can be stream-lined and/or improved.
- Work collaboratively with all business teams in sharing knowledge and solutions.
- Develop an in-depth and strong knowledge of clients’ benefit schemes and requirements.
- Assist and provide training and development to Operational Team (administration and claims teams) on processes and business rules.
- Ensure teams’ and individual processing productivity and quality targets are met.
- Ensure that all client business rules, operational processes and compliance regulations are followed and met.
Requirements:
- Diploma or university degree desirable but not mandatory.
- 3 – 5 years proven track record in project or implementation environment with recognized analysis, specification development and testing execution.
- Flexible benefits analysis or implementation experience.
- Highly articulate and able to effectively communicate and influence with confidence at all levels and to a variety of target audiences.
- Ability to adjust behavior to suit a wide range of cultures and environments.
- Ability to analyze business problems, make recommendations and/or proposals, and resolve complex diverse problems.
- Ability to effectively and accurately document requirements specifications.
- Effective reasoning and problem solving skills; actively promotes ideas/proposals and has the ability to influence decisions.
- Good written and interpersonal communication skills.
- A strong understanding of business process – understanding of flexible benefits and/or the project management process an advantage.
- Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure to meet targets.
- Innovative and creative personality with commitment and ability to solve business problems.
- Insightful and strong analytically.
- Collaborative, team player with ability to work to high standards.
- Confident/Experienced user of: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
