职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 依照服务合同及公司营运必做各项要求，全面管理部门日常运营，带领员工为客户及顾客提供卓越服务。
2、 确保员工遵循、理解并执行索迪斯的理念，核心价值观和道德准则和公司政策，并使他们得以不断的进步和提高。树立公司良好形象，从而不断的拓展服务范围和业务。
3、 管理餐厅各类事务性工作；全面负责与客户方对接处理客户的需求和投诉，负责对接公司内部的各部门；
4、 做好现场的团队管理和人员管理，确保员工的稳定性和卓越运营的能力；依据工作需要，为员工分配工作任务及岗位，监督、协调员工工作状况，严格执行营运制度，确保服务质量
5、 对工作流程不断进行改善，以提高服务质量和工作安全；做好食品安全和卫生的把控，确保整个现场EHS和标准化服务流程；
工作要求:
1、 有3年以团膳管理经验；建立并发展服务精神、团队精神和进取精神，通过尊重员工，关心员工，来提升员工保有率。 对下级进行员工手册、公司规章、卫生安全、专业技能培训；
2、 丰富的团队管理经验，调整部门组织架构团队，努力提高工作效率对下级进行业绩评估、提出升职、加薪等建议；员工表现，向上级建议对员工的奖惩措施
3、 熟练的英语口语；熟练office办公软件；
工资待遇：五险一金，14薪，商业保险
