职位描述：

1. Manage Japan service delivery team in Beijing, also with remote people management for the members in other city (include recruitment, training, performance management);
2. Participate project meetings, all other necessary communication meetings with PIC in HRES and Japan, include HRES project managers globally, JP Talent COE, JP BU HRs to provide system solution consulting, suggestion, and also to support test, hypercare with team;
3. Daily service quality control, KPI and SLA monitor;
4. Participate regular management meeting of service delivery team, do knowledge sharing;
5. Participate global service delivery projects.

职位要求：

1. Expert level knowledge about HR system (Workday);
2. HR share service center management experience as people manager;
3. Project management knowledge is a plus;
4. Advanced language capability of Japanese and English;
5. Strong communication skills and customer service skills.
