· Tendering documents preparation, review or assist internal & external QS in relevant job

· Project risk prediction

· Manage project testing, commissioning and handover

· Provide leadership and coach to Project Managers

· Effective coordination of multiple project stakeholders

· Understand the basic architecture of large domestic companies and multinationals, effective coordination and management of multiple departments involved in projects

· Coordinate with client management, hosted meeting

任职要求：

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, engineering or project management

建筑、室内设计、工程或项目管理专业本科（或以上）学历

· 10+ years experiences in project management for manufactory or property projects.

10年以上制造业或地产项目管理经验

· Has experience in working with/for international consultant company

曾与/为国际咨询公司工作

· Be able to multitask and manage priorities

具有操作多项事务，并管理优先顺序的能力

· Pro-active approach - able to identify areas of need
