职位描述

岗位职责：
1、接待到访客户，接听咨询电话；
2、负责开票据等相关事宜；
3、负责报税，及税务专管员沟通；
4、出纳及现金管理工作，员工报销；
5、各类证照年检与审计；
6、与总部人事、财务、行政部门相关人员的沟通与工作对接；
7、会议记录以及会后服务工作
8、配合公司安排的其他任务；
9、负责公司的证照的年审；
任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，会计、行政等相关专业优先；
2、有一定的财务工作经验；
3、熟练掌握office办公软件的应用（尤其是Excel）；
4、基本的英语能力（读写）。
