Fund accountants are primarily responsible for the timely and accurate execution and reporting of net asset valuations (NAVs) for our clients’ accounts (funds).

SSGS gives asset owners and managers access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions. From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives, private equity and real estate, SSGS’ tools help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.

What you will be responsible for:

    

As Fund Accounting & Administration, Assc1, you will:

  

• 系统所需基础数据信息的录入和维护

• 每日对企业年金基金发生的各项经济业务进行核算，包括：投资交易、资金进出、收入和费用确认等负责公司基金经理费用台账的建立及其账户净值的核算工作；

• 根据监管要求，负责相关产品的信息披露材料、报表的制作工作；

• 负责每日公司产品的会计核算和估值业务，计算基金净值；

• 负责与托管方、交易员进行三方核对，并进行相关沟通工作；

• 负责产品的日常申购赎回及费用估算，提交基金经理；制作资金划拨指令制作，保证资金划拨准确及时；

• 负责产品年终核算报告、到期清算/分配报告，提交基金经理；协助办理产品续期工作；

• 配合外部审计单位对基金资产进行审计，确保基金资产合法合规；

• 定期进行核算主体的信息披露

• 金融、财务管理、会计等相关专业；如对金融方面特别感兴趣，并持有相关证书，其他专业也可以考虑；

• 对数据比较敏感，具有一定的处理分析能力

• 工作认真、细致、踏实、勤奋，具有良好的团队合作能力，较强的沟通能力和责任心

• 良好的抗压能力及较强的学习能力

   

  Education & Preferred Qualifications:

• 大学本科及以上学历

• 大学英语六级及以上，具有良好的英语听说读写能力

• 基金估值核算工作是财务核算中一个专业化要求较高的领域，不仅要充分运用财会知识，也要掌握很多投资金融的知识，可培养复合型人才。

• 横向发展：随着对业务的深入了解，可以往中后台方向发展，如业务培训部、项目管理部、风险管理岗、业务分析岗等

• 管理方向发展：随着管理能力的增强，可向管理方向发展，可晋升为助理经理、一线经理、高级经理、部门总监等
