职位描述
职位目标:
负责电商重点分销渠道运营管理工作,促进渠道动销及增长。
Responsible for the operation and effective management of e-commerce KA channels, and promote the sales growth, expand the brand power.
主要职责:
负责电商平台KA渠道销售运营(如网易考拉、天猫超市、天猫国际等),完成销售任务,发展与客户双赢关系;
根据平台节奏及玩法,策划营销活动的推广定位和主题创意,制定详细推广方案及营销策略,并负责实施,推动生意增长;
协助KA渠道每日运营工作,协调平台、品牌、经销商等内外相关部门与资源,保证日常销售及促销活动的良好开展,对渠道销售结果负责;
定期统计销售数据,及时调整销售策略,并根据各项分析及时调整和提出建议,并对竞争对手的品牌、价位、活动进行研究,提出应对措施;
Responsible for EC KA channel sales and operation (Such as Kaola,Tmall, JD,etc.),
Complete the sales target, and develop win-win relations with partners.
Planned the promotion and marketing strategies according to the rhythm of the platform, good execution and drive the business growth.
Responsible for daily operation of KA channel. Coordinating relevant departments and resources inside and outside to ensure the good result of daily business.
Make regular sales data, Analyze competitors’ products、prices 、promotion to
get a better sales strategy.

经销商销售指标达成/Distribution sales target achieved
KA渠道销售额 /KA Channels sales performance
KA渠道库存健康度/KA Channels inventory
渠道活动执行效果/ Channels promotion effect ( UV,PV,Conversion,etc.)
职位要求:
Education: 本科以上学历/Bachelor degree or above
Languages: 具有良好的英语书写能力 Good command of written English
Experience:
1. 3年以上年相关行业(快消,母婴,保健品)电商运营经验,具有丰富的数据分析、销售策划及营销推广经验,若具有考拉或天猫超市运营经验优先考虑。
2. 对互联网营销创意玩法熟悉,并有过相应的项目执行经验,例如社交媒体话题/事件炒作/KOL、明星或网红直播、H5互动活动、电商引流等;
3. 富有团队合作精神、责任心强、很好的沟通协调能力、有全局观,能承受较大工作压力;
1. More than 3 years e-commerce operation experience(FMCG,Mum&baby care, health care category is preferred), rich experience in data analysis ,sales planning and marketing promotion.
2. Be familiar with internet marketing creative methods, such as media topic/KOL, H5, Content marketing ,etc.
3. Good team work , strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination ability, able to work under great pressure;
