As Senior Tax Analyst – APAC Tax, the individual will collaborate closely with other members of the Global Tax Team and will play a key role in supporting Poly’s tax planning, compliance and financial reporting process.

What you’ll do:

• Tax Return Compliance: Manage the tax compliance and reporting requirements for the Asia Pacific region – including the review of tax returns, tax payment calculations, tax account recons and inputs needed for the tax provision calculations,
• Review quarterly tax provision
• Intercompany and Transfer Pricing: Support transfer pricing issues and documentation (including master file, local file and country-by-country reporting) ensuring compliance and supportable documentation.
• FIN48/FAS 5: Track and update the FIN48/FAS5 reserve for APAC
• Tax Audits and Controversies: Support tax audits/queries and work closely with the finance team and external service providers.
• Maintain and update various tax/corporate/statutory trackers.
• Ad hoc projects: Stay up to date and keep the teams informed on various tax law updates.
• Assist with various exciting projects in a fast changing tax landscape including working closely with internal stakeholders to understand the tax impact of business operations arising from the projects and ensure that direct and indirect tax compliance needs are identified, considered and communicated as well as implemented.

• Support with any other APAC Tax matter

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• 6 to 8 years of relevant tax or accounting experience with large multinational and/or public accounting firms
• An understanding and hands-on application of APAC tax computations
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail and organized with tax workpapers.
• Independent and able to manage multiple priorities, trouble-shoot, and perform under pressure.
• Ability to work as a team and interact with personnel at all levels of the organization.
• Experience managing tax for companies having a large international presence a plus
• Excellent Excel skills, familiarity with Oracle (desirable)
• CPA license preferred
