E-COMMERCE SALES AND OPERATION

? Achieve sales target with close cooperation with cross-function team, TP and Tmall.

? Partially lead and monitor each campaign to ensure sales achievement. Foresee the potential business risks and offer optimization plans.

? Provide analyses and action plans based on KPI relating but not limited to sales performance, traffic, conversion, AOV, and consumer behavior.

? Optimize daily operations leveraging multiple resources (sales reports, merchandising reports, campaign report, consumer insight …)

? Customize merchandising plan including promotion mechanism, special offers, consumer approach…) in line with marketing calendar, competitors benchmark and Tmall market trend.

? Flexibly adjust promotional actions and product sets in line with brands’ profitability objectives and stock constraints

? Work closely with the Marketing Product Manager, Supply Chain, Trade marketing and CRM to maximize business potential.

? Update rolling sales forecast, especially for campaign launches, sampling and promotional items (GWP…) based on stock and sales trend.

E-COMMERCE DIGITAL MARKETING – ACQUISITION  & RETENTION

? Customize ROI-based consumer acquisition project via Alimama investment and Ali tools (直通车, 智钻, 淘客, 客户运营平台, Databank)

? Provide E-commerce communication optimization based on KPI performances to improve click rate and conversion rate.

? Coordinate localization and creation of digital assets and optimize consumer journey.

? Support digital marketing to pitch Tmall IP.

职位要求：

1. 4 years+ previous experience in e-commerce, better related to Beauty, FMCG or TP

2. Bachelor degree in marketing, business, or similar field and/or equivalent professional experience

3. Bilingual Chinese & English

4. Solid operation skills and savvy for digital marketing

5. Strong analytical skills, advanced excel skills and proficiency in MS Office

6. Organized, self-starter and able to multi-task & work under pressure
