JD:

1.  Manage all aspects of the products to optimize the perceived value, and find new business models

2.  Find partners and resources to complete the product vision

3.  Represent the customer within the development process and articulate the product vision

4.  Write requirements with clear value proposal, performance and verification method

5.  Review the technical solution with the team and make sure to keep it as simple as possible

6.  Maintain and prioritize the product backlog

Participate in releases planning, reviews and retrospectives

Knowledge/Skills Requirements:

1、 Bachelor degree or above, with major in EE, CS, Automation or related majors

2、 3 years or more working experience in automotive R&D

3、 2 years or more working experience relevant to product management is necessary.

4、 Solid understanding of industry trends in combination with strong sense of development and manufacturing.

5、 Ability to quickly and effectively assess, evaluate, and communicate the value of a product idea.

Good communication and coordination skills to work as a hub across team in the BG and with customers.
