About the Job

The Project Manager is responsible for the development and management of projects including the planning and execution of priority biopharma or other highly strategic business initiatives. The role generates and executes a project plan, delivers the defined business solution, and both identifies and resolves staffing and resource requirements and issues. The position is both creator and manager of project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead project through the entire project management lifecycle: To develop and implement project plan, including cost, scope, schedule, risk, and resources.
2. 并把控整个项目周期：制定并实施项目计划，包括成本、范围、进度、风险和资源。
3. Build team ownership and commitment to project plans.
4. 团队主人翁意识，并对项目计划做出承诺。
5. Provide strategic thinking to project team on overall approach and delegates as appropriate.
6. 目团队提供总体方法的战略思考，并酌情委派人员。
7. Lead the team in appropriate decision-making through strong judgment and the ability to analyze options and implications.
8. 决策性问题时有较强的判断能力和分析、解决问题能力。
9. Responsible for team and cross-functional communications (written and oral).  Act as liaison between internal and the external project stakeholders.
10. 的内外部（跨部门、客户等）项目协调、沟通能力。
11. Lead project phase reviews and design reviews; defines and tracks key project metrics.
12. 设计项目阶段审核，定义和跟踪重点项目指标。
13. Elevate critical business decisions to the appropriate stakeholders and/or functional managers.

15. Provide input to functional leaders on team and team member performance.

Basic Qualifications

基本录用条件

1、Bachelor’s Degree

本科以上学历（生物、医学类）

2、 3+ years of work experience in a project management role

3年以上项目管理工作经验

Preferred Qualifications

优先录用条件

1、 Graduate Degree or advanced project management certification (PgMP, PMP)

硕士学位或持有高级项目管理证书(PgMP, PMP)

2、 Proficiency in program/project management skills and principles, including scope, schedule, resource, and risk management

熟练掌握项目管理技能和原则，包括范围、进度、资源和风险管理。

3、History of applying project management tools like MS Project

有使用项目管理工具（如：MS project）大规模项目管理的经验。

4、Prior experience in a highly independent position

具有高度独立工作的经验。

5、 Demonstrated negotiation and conflict management skills

具有良好的谈判和冲突管理能力

6、Willingness to adapt and work in ambiguous and/or changing conditions
