职位描述
一、职责描述：
1. 负责工厂公共设施的运营及维护。包括但不限于电力系统、照明系统、暖通系统、空气处理系统、锅炉蒸汽系统、压缩空气系统、特种设备、给排水系统（含纯水系统）、车间及仓库的快速卷帘、仓库重力式货架、卸货平台等设施，以及办公区内的其他设施。
2. 负责上述设备设施的AM、PM活动，包括承包商的维护管理及其绩效考核。
3. 负责现场的应急维修，疑难问题的原因分析，确保维修工作的质量和成本效益。
4. 负责运营团队的日常管理工作及绩效考核。
5. 负责现场开展成本节约和节能改善活动。
6. 负责现场安全、质量风险的识别、评估、控制管理，以及问题的根本原因分析及改善。
7. 负责运营团队的KPI指标的实现。
8. 负责并维护质量、安全、环境、食品安全等体系的SOP。
9. 支持设施经理和组织内其他设施负责人的工作安排。
10. 负责客户和设施经理要求的工作报告。
11. 遵守客户现场的GMP和ESH要求。
二、任职要求：
1. 专科以上机电、电气、暖通等相关专业，有EHS相关知识
2. 熟练运用office、CAD，英语能听读写。
3. 八年以上设施运营工作经验，及至少三年以上团队管理经验
4. 有在食药行业工作经验的为佳
