Project：亚洲混凝土世界博览会 World of Concrete Asia 

Scope of Responsibility/工作职责:

• Manage all phases of the event projects - from research through the launch, responsible for the project milestones, the overall quality of the deliverables and budget achievement 

• Lead and coach the sales team to effectively develop key account relationships while contribute in the effort to acquire new clients.
• Work closely with marketing team to engage the qualified audience and reach the visitor targets. Including marketing campaigns, conference programs, among others.
• Review project schedules and budgets on regular basis. Propose and implement the action plan to close the gap if there is any.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis together with potential strategy adjustments and progress.
• Plan and execute the on-site logistics to optimize the exhibitor and visitors’ experiences. Manage contracts and relation with vendors and suppliers.

• Keep the project up to industry best practices and trends to ensure the healthy execution and development of new categories and content.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience seeing projects through the full cycle.
• Relevant industry background with solid operation management experience;
• Manage strategy and tactical decisions, proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Proven record working with Government Departments and Associations.
• Excellent communication skill (English & Mandarin, spoken & written);
• Proactive and goal oriented;
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross-cultural communication
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team player;
