Job Overview:

 

Entegris is seeking a highly motivated experienced individual to join our ANOW Plant in Hangzhou. The position is responsible for the maintenance, improvement and service of plant production processes and equipment in ANOW plant to achieve our commitments on safety, quality and efficiency.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

1.       Maintenance and Improvement:

·     Maintains a clean and safe work area and performs in a safe manner and observes approved safety procedures.

·     Create, maintain and revise the production SOP or working instruction and support the training of direct labors for mass production.

·     Develop, maintain, improve and execute the preventive and predictive maintenance programs for the process and equipment.

·     Oversee the SPC and improve the process to achieve consistent or desired results.

·     Work with quality engineer to address the quality issues and prevent unexpected scrap.

2.       Development:

·     Assists with R&D engineer on New Product Introduction projects and the transfer for the mass production.

·     Involves sourcing and qualifying external mechanical service providers.

·     Works on automation equipment development and installation to improve the efficiency as needed.

3.       Supporting:

·     Supports audit activities and assists line leader to improve the 6S of production line.

·     Completes miscellaneous tasks assigned by supervisor in support of the corporation and production goals.

 

Education/Experience:

 

1.       More than three years of experience in lean production, with experience in factory layout and planning.

2.       Have experiences in production or equipment maintenance.

3.       Ability to possess a working knowledge of standard desktop software applications.

4.       Junior college graduate in mechanical engineering, science, or related fields will be better.

5.       Beginning level English language, fluent English writing and communication ability is a plus.
