Support Operation and Sales Team in bidding efforts via establishing, verifying and work on reducing cost.  

Support IFM operation team on all purchase requests promptly. Verify all costing for best prices and work as a bridge between Supply Chain Department and IFM Team.

Primary responsibilities are:

·         Manage IFM team project procurement

·         Establish the price databank for products/services

·         Initiate supplier(s) management

·         Conduct market survey to provide price gap report for  items/services across China

·         Coordinate with regional BU/ Local vendors for sales quotation / new site bidding support, etc

·         Coordinate with Supply Chain for supplier performance checking

·         Establish Category Databank for product/services standardization and price control

·         Supplier evaluation

• 5 Years’ experience in sourcing and procurement.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office + ERP experience.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Effective written and spoken communications skills.
• Rigorous, proactive, and able to adapt to flexible approaches.
• Negotiation skills and communication skill.
• Honest and reliable.
• Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
