Particularly, we are expanding our China Go-To-Market (GTM) Sales Team and are looking for exceptional software sales professionals with strong network and experience in enterprise software. This role is both challenging and rewarding. You will be expected to apply your sales, business development and client relationship skills in a fast-pace and high-growth environment where you will need to think outside-the-box and be entrepreneurial.

Key Responsibilities
· Developing Business & driving GTM Sales for SNP Transformation software
· Meet sales quotas and goals but creating effective pipeline management & sales plans.
· Independently responsible for selling all products and solutions in SNP software package to large and medium-sized customers
· Identify and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients
· Develop and implement related sales activities with existing business partners
· Create and maintain good relationship with customers in the process of transaction and management
· Highlight the unique value proposition of our SNP transformation software products
· Assist in developing strategies and materials in support of the Company’s overall sales and business development effort

· 为SNP转型软件开发业务并推动中国市场的销售
· 实现销售指标和目标,同时制定有效的渠道管理和销售计划
· 独立负责向大中型客户销售SNP软件包中的所有产品和解决方案
· 在新客户和现有客户中识别并开发业务机会
· 与现有业务伙伴一起开发和实施相关的销售活动
· 在业务往来和管理过程中与客户建立并保持良好的关系
· 突出我们的SNP转换软件产品的独特价值主张
· 协助制定战略和素材,以支持公司的整体销售和业务发展
Role Requirements
· Min of 5-8 years of enterprise software sales experience with SAP system sales experience preferred
· 5+ years of experience selling into multinational organisations.
· Good communication, listening and presentation skills
· Strong networking skills with ability to build rapport quickly both internally and externally
· Good stakeholder management skills.
· You must be results-oriented, proactive, trustworthy, and motivated to succeed.
· Be Confident, enthusiastic and resilient.
· Be able to adapt and thrive in fluid and fast-paced business environments
· Work independently as well as collaboratively within and across teams
· Ability to grow into leadership positions
岗位要求
· 至少5-8年企业软件销售经验,有SAP系统销售经验者优先
· 5年以上跨国公司销售经验
· 良好的沟通、倾听和表达能力
· 具有较强的人际网络技能,能够快速建立内部和外部的融洽关系
· 良好的关系人管理技能
