职位描述
1. 建立各种营养管理制度，卫生制度，各级人员职责、考核制度、治疗饮食常规及监督执行节约措施，加强质量管理；
2. 熟悉医学基础和临床知识，具有较系统的营养专业技能，掌握并能合理运用。及时了解营养学发展动态及法制法规。
3. 负责办理每日进出院病员各类饮食更改、加退等工作，每次开餐前统计好操作单和餐前检查工作。
4. 设计营养餐各种饮食标准食谱、完善住院病人营养餐标准化服务流程；
5. 对营养餐制作流程进行控制，并根据饮食医嘱要求执行，不断完善以提高服务质量；
6. 组织操作人员厨师和配餐员进行相关专业培训；
7. 管理配餐团队，保证病房服务质量；
8. 确保与医院客户方临床营养师、各病区护士长及医务人员之间的良好沟通；
9. 协助上级完成其他相关任务。
职位要求：
大专以上相关临床营养专业，有注册营养师，卫生部颁发的营养师资格者佳；
具有团队精神，沟通能力良好；
