1. 负责新产品开发及跟踪，保证产品符合图纸要求，并和国外总部按时沟通；
Take charge of the new product development and follow-up, ensure the product matches with the drawings, and communicate timely with HQ
2. 新产品项目跟进，确保新项目及时完成开发；
Follow-up of the new project and ensure the new project finishes in time
3. 优化生产工艺，制定生产作业书，使工人严格按照生产作业书进行标准化作业；
Optimize the production process, make production SOP and ensure the operators to strictly follow the SOP
4. 对新产品的初次量产进行指导，保证产品符合公司质量标准；
Instruct during the first mass production of new products and ensure the products meet company quality standards
5. 产品图纸管控，BOM工艺路线维护；
Take charge of product drawing and maintenance of BOM process line
6. 协助生产相关事宜；
Assist related production work
7. 其他主管交代的任务。
Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

基本要求：大专以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验，机械相关专业，熟练使用CAD制图软件，能以英语作为工作语言
