工作职责Responsibilities:

? 制定和完善部门各项管理制度，参与公司技术发展规划制定；Manage and refine all the regulations of the department, with participation in the mid-long-term tech plan constitution;

? 负责咨询及环境修复治理工程类项目的技术工作的实施，以及项目市场开拓所需的技术支持工作；Responsible for technical tasks in consulting and remediation engineering projects, as well as technical support for marketing development;

? 负责技术方案编制、工艺设计、参数确定等任务，以及针对修复进行的小、中试的实施任务, 对技术方面工作的质量、进度和成本负责；Charge in technical document preparation, design and spec, as well as bench-scale test/pilot study, with responsibility of quality, progress and cost;

? 负责项目招投标的技术相关工作，以及方案编制、供应商评估、技术相关文件准备，图件制作等工作；Manage the bidding tasks, including proposal, supplier evaluation, document as well as all the plots;

? 负责工程项目的技术支持工作，包括技术/装备应用和创新，参与外部技术研究和引进任务；Responsible for tech support duties, including tech/equipment application and innovation, as well as study and introduction of external technologies;

? 协同主导公司内外部的技术交流工作，参与维护与外部专家、政府主管部门及合作方等机构的关系维护；Co-lead internal and external tech exchange, participation in relationship maintenance with external experts, governments and partners;

? 负责对部门员工的任务安排、工作协调、管理考核等工作，以及人员的技术相关培训任务，提升团队整体技术实力；Take charge in task allocation, coordination, and performance review for employees, as well as tech-related training, to enhance the overall tech level of the team.

任职资格Requirements:

? 硕士或以上学历，环境工程/科学、水文地质、地质工程、土壤学、化工等相关专业背景，具有环保中级(或二级建造师)或以上职称，优先考虑有海外留学工作背景人员；Master’s degree or above in environmental engineering/science, geology/hydrogeology, ecology or related field, with medium grade or above of professional title（or grade I/II constructor professional license）, preference on candidates with overseas background;

? 具有6年以上本行业工作经验，其中技术管理经验不少于2年，具有较强的管理能力和良好的沟通协调组织能力；6+ years of industrial working experience and 2+ years of tech management experience, possessing strong team management ability and excellent coordination/communication capacity;

? 熟悉国内修复行业的相关法规、政策及技术规范，掌握国内普遍应用的调查评估方法，修复技术工艺、实施流程及工程应用等，具有多个国内外大中型土壤、地下水、矿山修复等环境修复项目技术支持或技术管理经验（如还有河道治理、耕地修复或垃圾填埋场治理经验则更好）；Familiarity with related laws, policies and regulations for remediation industry, mastering general methodology and engineering application of site investigation and remediation, having rich experience of remediation and mine restoration with focus on tech support and management for both domestic and international projects;

? 了解国内外最新的修复技术、发展前沿及趋势，在调查及修复技术方面具有敏锐洞察力及创新性；Good command of advanced remediation tech and the trend in the world, with keen insight of tech development and innovation,

? 具有较强的动手能力和实践能力，有比较丰富的场地调查评估及修复系统设计的经验和出色的现场问题解决能力；Strong practical experience and ability and expertise on design of variety of site investigation/remediation tech as well as ability to solve problem onsite;

? 掌握使用基本工程制图软件（如 AutoCAD）及其他相关应用软件（如 ArcGIS、Surfer等）或其他模拟软件（如ModFlow、GMS等）Skillful in application of engineering applications such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Surfer and related modeling software (ModFlow, GMS);

? 具备吃苦耐劳的精神，并能够适应出差。Good working ethics and adaptive to business travel.
