Mission:

  

Manage quality at workshop according to Siemens GAMESA standard, plan quality; control quality; improve quality.   

Job Responsibility:        

                                                                                                                                                                            

1.No conformities managing supplier reparation and spare parts responsible product

  

                                                                                                                                   

  

2. NCR investigation and creation, NCC’s, NCR stock area management and weekly reports responsible.                                                                                                                                         

  

3. SAP quality system management: NCR short term actions, cost order and OF’s deliveries.        

  

4. Quality System maintain: QILGAC/GPSP

  

5. Customer and WF complaint control and communication widow with Service quality

  

           

  

6. Quality continue improvement process based on WF problem & Line                                                                                                                                       

  

7. HOMO parts quality control in Nacelle palnt

  

           

  

8. implement LPA and Process audit on line & LDY by weekly

  

           

  

9. QC tools implement in workshop. Such as Quality Wall, OPL, 8D etc,                                                                                                                                      

Backup other team members during their absence

Qulification Required:

  

1. 3-5 years of Quality Control Experience

2. Bachelor in Mechanical is preferred.

3. Both Oral and written English is must.

4. Mechanical system experience background will be plus

5. Communicative, proactive, motivated and effective teamwork experience
