responsibilities:

China business:

1. According to buyer tracking list information to deal with relevant matters to supplier：print, scan ,stamp, sent to supplier, save stamp order, record problem item on buyer tracking list & record solved item date on buyer tracking list.
2. Tracking supplier delivery report with WH.
3. Solve problem invoice with Finance.
4. Release transfer order to other plant.
5. Info record list from system every month./clear up materials code change from system every month.

Oversea business:

1. Apply PR for purchasing ref without IR maintained in SAP, and also tools, and also ref that need to buy from the third party.
2. Apply maintain price that other region need to release intercompany PO to Tianjin SGRE.
3. Release supply purchase order from overseas supplier, and also follow the PO tracking till received the goods.
4. Release supply purchase order for the oil for APAC wind farms from local supplier, such as PH, VN.

qualification:

1. Internship, with bachelor Preferred majors: logistics, IT,  etc.
2. fluent English writing, reading, and speaking, CET-6 preferred.
3. Strong learning capabilities;
4. Willing to take responsibilities/ownership;
5. and team work;

required Working Period:

1. At least 3months contract, 6months preferred. Opportunities may available for transfer to SGRE employee, depends on position vacancy and personal performance.
2. flexible it depends candidates, and every working  day preferred.
