1.Participate in the design, integration, implementation, testing, commissioning, and validation of new, computer-based automation/DCS systems for manufacturing process.
参与新的生产线基于计算机的自动化/DCS系统的设计、集成、实施、测试、调试和验证。
2.Upgrade the DCS and low voltage systems when necessary for GMP compliance and meet the business needs.
必要时对DCS和弱电系统进行升级改造，以满足GMP合规性及业务发展需求。
3.Create and update DCS SOP/WI and other project documents.
编写和更新DCS系统的标准操作规程SOP/WI和项目文件。
4.Site low voltage systems maintenance, including create / update / carry out operation and maintenance work instruction for EMS, BMS, Access control system, security system, fire-fighting system, etc.
工厂弱电系统的维护，包括编制/更新/执行EMS，BMS，门禁系统，安防系统，消防控制等系统的操作与维护指引。
5.Propose spare part purchasing request for DCS system to meet the preventive and corrective maintenance need and ensure systems operates normally.
提出DCS系统的备件需求，以满足维护和故障排除要求，确保设备正常运行。
6.Comply with the company's EHS and quality guidelines and policies to ensure EHS and quality compliance.
遵守公司EHS和质量方针政策，确保EHS和质量合规。
7.Assist the maintenance of facilities controlling systems, e.g. heating, chilling, pharmaceutical water systems.
协助公用设施控制系统的维护、维修，如：制冷、制热、制药用水等设备控制系统。
8.Any other assignment as is determined by supervisor.
完成上级安排的其他工作。
职位要求：
1.Bachelor's degree in automation, process control, or engineering (Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical) required.
本科以上学历，自动化、过程控制或工程(计算机、电气或机械)专业。
2.Minimum of 2 years participating in design, installation, and troubleshooting of complex automation system as well as automation projects in Biotech/Pharma or related manufacturing process. With 1 year or above experience of leading such kind of project is preferred
2年以上参与生物技术/制药或相关制造流程自动化项目的设计，安装和故障排除经验。如有1年以上上述项目领导经验优先。
3.DCS and SCADA project implementation, application and maintenance experience.
DCS和SCADA项目实施、应用和维护经验。
4.Knowledge of computer network architecture and PLC, DCS, SCADA, MES technology.
具备计算机网络架构知识及PLC，DCS，SCADA技术。
5.Master Siemens PLC S7-1200，S7-1500 series, Rockwell PLC programing.
掌握西门子PLC S7-1200，S7-1500系列, Rockwell PLC组态编程。
6.Master HMI programing configuration, and industrial communication protocol, e.g. Profibus dp， Profinet， ethernet, etc.
掌握触摸屏，上位机编程组态。掌握工业通讯协议Profibus dp， Profinet， Ethernet等。
7.Be familiar with LV, instrument technology.
熟悉弱电、工业仪表技术。
8.GMP knowledge is preferred.
具备GMP知识优先。
