Responsibility: 

• Continuous improvement of Processes, materials and equipment with respect to HSE, Quality and Cost in cooperation with global Process Engineers. Shared, customer satisfaction. expense claims/reimbursement
•  Monitoring, data collection and follow up on processes to ensure a stable, controlled and standardised production set up WW. Full, customer satisfaction.                      Trouble shooting and root cause analysis. Full, customer satisfaction.
•  Ensuring excellent cooperation and knowledge sharing in local organisation as well as in global technical organisation. Full, customer satisfaction. Implementation of new blades, ramp up projects and transfer projects in close cooperation with local and global technical organisation. Shared, customer satisfaction.   
• Implementation of Production Process changes at local facility in cooperation with global process Engineers. Shared, customer satisfaction.      

• At least three to five years of experience as a Process Engineer.
• Lean philosofies and thinking
• HSE tools e.g. Process House, Workspace, eQMS, product and process documentation.
• Risk Assessment. Systematic and analyzing approach to task.
• Trouble shooting and Root Couse Analysis.       
• Good understanding of intercultural behaviour as well as an interest in working across functions and national borders. Preferable transnational experience. 
•  P/M/E Engineer or similar technical background or similar education, Speaking and writing English and Chinese  
•   Responsibility eQMS and HSE systems:
•  The employee is required to keep him or herself up to date regarding the quality management system and HSE procedures. This includes procedures relevant for the position, as well as to conduct the work in accordance with the demands in the QHSE systems.
