职位描述

We are seeking a Digital Media Executive, China to oversee planning and execution of regional digital marketing activity. The candidate will have proven expertise in end-to-end organic and paid activity for key channels – WeChat, Baidu, TikTok, Youku, etc. From brainstorming initial concepts to planning, execution, and delivering successful results, as part of a small and growing team, this role will work closely with the brand headquarters to strengthen our regional marketing presence. The best candidate will have a strong grasp on all things digital, with an entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Regional Content Planning, Social Media Campaigns, Paid Search Advertising, SEO, CRM

· Oversee regional content planning, aligning to global planning as relevant

· Manage end-to-end planning and execution for WeChat content, organic and paid – driving fanbase growth and engagement, aligning to product direction and brand marketing, ensuring best practice across all in-app features (chat messaging, etc).

· Be the main point of contact across departments, working with copywriter, ecommerce planning, design agency, content production etc. to get internal sign-off and deliver timely posts / campaign launches.

· Support with annual social media advertising: plan, brief, traffic, and review assets

· Set campaign and channel metrics, directly monitoring performance with analytics tools provided and overseeing reporting needs from external agencies

· Work with Performance Marketing Agency to develop keyword needs for PPC content and optimization

· Manage content to support SEO optimization for official website and brand visibility in China browsers/platforms, e.g. Youku account

· Project manage regional CRM initiatives, e.g. gifting for online clients, supporting Retail Boutiques for digital invitations

· Work closely with regional and global teams to leverage content when appropriate, e.g. KOL & media collaborations, online / offline events

· Provide ongoing analysis to the business, sharing key insights and recommendations which support business needs and drive performance of digital marketing channels

· Identify opportunities and share insights on new platforms and regional trends

· Develop relationships with global colleagues across departments and align as needed

· Support regulatory requirements, working with legal counsel and relevant stakeholders

· Translate marketing materials


Agency

· Day-to-day liaison with external media agencies, providing guidance, direction and daily approvals

· Foster successful agency, partner and digital marketing relationships


Strategy, Budget & Planning

· Develop a roadmap and oversee execution and reporting of all regional digital marketing activity

· Support with budgeting and billing input for regional digital marketing channels

· Support the E Business team in planning and forecasting of KPIs and alignment to budget

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

· Graduate or equivalent with 3-5 years digital marketing experience; 2 year minimum in Chinese digital marketing channels; fashion experience preferred but not necessary

· Solid knowledge in social media platforms WeChat, Weibo, etc.

· Preferably at least 2-3 years experience in digital marketing across core acquisition channels: PPC / SEO / Paid Social Media Advertising

· Must have native fluency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and professional fluency in English

· Must be detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to multi-task with solid project management skills

· Creative flair exemplified through proven track record of successful and innovative marketing campaigns

· Strong commercial acumen with the ability to budget and identify/implement resource savings

· Impeccable communication skills and ability to inspire change
