As a core site around world wide in IBM, The China Rational engineering team is working on several Rational new products development and testing, it is an team full of youthful spirit and welcome ambitious talents to join.

You will join CDL Rational ClearQuest team, an energetic and innovative team that are working with WW experts to architect, design, and develop the comprehensive software change management - Rational ClearQuest which support thousands of customers across world, and provide capability of change tracking, process automation, reporting and life cycle traceability for better visibility and control of the software development life cycle. We are looking for developers and QAs to bring their unique expertise to build and expand this key product for IBM Rational.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Works with the WW team on requirements analysis, design and implementation of new features.
2. Maintain and enhance existing product for quality and other considerations.
3. Work across organization boundaries to achieve objectives.
4. Play critical role in technical lead and accelerate the growth of Ningbo Rational team

Job Requirements (skills/experiences/Qualifications)

1. Real working experience in software development industry.
2. Solid understanding of large scale enterprise software development
3. More than 3 years of Experience on C/C++ programming, Experience in Java is a good plus
4. Familiar with Windows/Unix/Linux operating systems
5. Excellent communication skills including presentation, verbal and written skills on both English and Chinese
6. Quick learner with strong problem solving ability

Solid Knowledge or rich experiences in following fields is a strong plus:
1. Good understanding on the theories and tools about Software Engineering, especially Software Configuration Management.
2. Work experience in large-scale foreign company
3. Work experience in Geographically Distributed Development (GDD) team
4. Work experience in working with customers, understand customer business requirements/issues and implement in product.
5. Strong leadership in the architecture, design and implementation.

Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates):
1. Master degree in Computer Science/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent, or above.
2. Excellent written and oral English. Please provide the evidence of your English skill level in your resume, e.g., the score of CET6, TOEFL, IELTS, or GRE, etc.
