General Summary职责概述:

负责公司EHS相关工作，侧重环境方面，优化公司EHS体系的运行。

 

Requirements任职要求：

1.      大专以上学历、环境、安全工程等相关专业.

2.      熟练的英文读写能力和良好的口语沟通能力（处理英文邮件）

3.      良好的沟通能力和执行能力，较强的学习能力，具有团队合作精神和责任心

4.      较强的主观能动性，能够合理安排时间

 

Responsibilities主要职责：

1.负责对污水厂站、管网等运营项目进行监管，开展定期及不定期现场巡查；

2.EHS检查、审核及不符合项跟踪处理；

3.安全管理/事故调查及工伤预防；

4.专项EHS管理如水处理、PPE、职业健康、危险作业等专项工作的审核与推动；

5.参与公司环境因素及危险源的识别、汇总，并组织相关部门评价环境因素及危险源；

6.参与收集EHS方面的法律法规并进行识别与传递；

7.PPE日常管理、采购、评价、发放 、回收等；

8.公司3级教育、编制、培训和考核；

9.编制紧急应变并推进实施(消防、化学品、火灾疏散、气体、食物中毒等演习)；

10.政府职能部门沟通（消防、安监、环保、公安、卫生、市场管理所、特种设备监督管理局等）；

11.项目三同时（项目可研、环境、安全、卫生、消防预评、专篇、验收评和现况评价等）；

12.职业健康管理（评价、监测、培训、体检、预防、档案管理）；

13.危险源辨识和环境因数识别评价（重大危险源和环境因素监控、规划处理等）；

 14.施工单位安全管理（动火、密闭空间等）
