职位描述
1.Strategy, Planning & Budget
Develop and implement a premium CRM/sCRM Strategy, to deliver high levels of engagement, help understand customer’s needs, improve CRM/sCRM performance and drive commercial value and creative content output that is securing local business needs and line with the Global directions ensuring One Global Brand
Safeguard omni-channel experience and that the action plan is seamless and consistent throughout all touch points, Retail, Online, WeChat and Website etc.
Set and execute annual plan with clear priorities, KPIs and measures to maximize effectiveness and ROI
Oversee CRM/sCRM calendar to ensure that all activities are on time and on budget. Manage budget tracking, set clear KPI and post-campaign ROI evaluation.
Be updated on new trends and explore new innovative opportunities to maximize and drive commercial and brand value
Analyze and evaluate the strategy and plan implemented, including a comparison with competitor’s, to define results achieved, propose improvements and benchmarks for futures plans and activities
Communicate and provide insight and input on the plan to local team as well as the HQ to exchange best practices
2. CRM/sCRM tools and Database Management
Ensure the operational implementation and execution of CRM/sCRM campaigns
Be a key user for the CRM/sCRM tools and master the local tools, database and their evolutions
Continuously monitor locally client data capture, ensure data quality and cooperate with digital manager, retail team and ecom team to ensure data capture targets are met
Prepare and update and CRM/sCRM reports and analysis of all activities (KPIs, client segmentation, profiling, data capture etc) for local team and the HQ
Perform and coordinate CRM/sCRM tool training and provide regular updates
Ensure high level of security for customer data (process, rules, controls, training etc.) to ensure compliance with internal audit guideline and China legal environment
3. Affinity Partnership Development & Management
Detect cooperation opportunities and develop affinity partnership that will offer valuable services or products, enhancing the brand and improving customer relationships and that is in line with the HQ directions
Establish and build good relationship with selected partner(s)
Define and execute the action plan for partnerships
Monitor KPIs and ensure premium output
Lead the seasonal treatment for main holiday occasions
4. Collateral Materials Creation and Coordination
Develop and Coordinate loyalty development tools (publication mailing, digital tools emailing, cards, gifts, invitations to events) that will increase both commercial and brand value
5. Content Creation
Develop local adapted content, focus on premium creative content output and make sure appropriate merchandise is being selected.
Secure all local communication content is of premium quality and according to the guidelines
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or above in relevant field
Minimum 5 years working experience in luxury retail / fashion / cosmetics industry, specialized in CRM / sCRM/ digital marketing
Ability to work both operational and strategic with a goal-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
? Hands on experience and proficiency in CRM and business intelligence tools; applied analytics sensibility with proven ability to make profitable decisions based on data
Strong project management and time management skills with focus on execution and implementation
Highly self-motivated, analytical, with sharp attention to detail
A strong commitment and a natural interest and in-depth knowledge of CRM, sCRM, and digital trends.
Positive attitude and a good team player, at ease with matrix organization and with a “neverstoplearning” mindset.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
