JOB PURPOSE:        

Mission

• Build customer loyalty in his assigned portfolio
• Insure the customer retention in BOLLORE by insuring client’s follow-up internally and monitoring with operation team
• Insure the peak season on-time information and corrective action communication to clients.

Objectives

• Transmit operational procedures to operations
• Assist for troubleshooting
• Built adapted solutions with BU Managers

• To insure the customer and network satisfaction by providing information – feedback – adapted solutions
• To assist the Operation in sustaining the customer’s need in term of follow-up
• To conduct trouble shooting in collaboration with other BOLLORE departments
• Other tasks assigned by direct manager

• Has rich air & ocean experience and knowledge in 3PL/Freight forwarding;
• Good standardization skills for process;
• Good identification of the duties to be performed by himself and different colleagues and coordination of these duties;
• Reactivity, creativity and pro-activeness towards customer for trouble shooting / solutions.

• Self-driven, quality, detail and results-oriented with an ability to work well under pressure;
• Ability to work individually as well as part of a team;
• Reliable, critical thinking, determined and hardworking;
• Good inter-personal skills.

• Possess the skills of customer communication and strong result-driven.
