Roles and Responsibilities:

Functional SAP (FICO) who has working experience in SAP data migration and data conversion. He/she needs not be technical in the SAP data conversion tool because we have separate technical team (India) to take care of them. Given that his/her role is more as SAP functional, is expected to work closely with local business and the local SAP functional BA in China to bridge with the technical data conversion team (India). Hence the candidate must be able to speak good English and Mandarin, as well as good communication with stakeholder. Hence, the resource preferable base in Shanghai or Nanjing. If the resource is from Nanjing, he/she should be able to make some short term travel to Shanghai during critical time working with core team.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree
• 5+ SAP FICO exp
• 5+ years’ experience of working with business to deliver technology solutions
• 3+ Prior data conversion experience
• 1+ year experience working on teams with resources spread across the globe
• 1+ year work with Project Management Methodologies, Tools and processes
• Business fluency in English
• Ability to travel up to 20%, varying by project cycles

• Must have experience and good knowledge in the data conversion for SAP systems
• Knowledge of at least one major business process
• Demonstrated ability to drive data conversion task and influence others
• Demonstrated ability learn quickly and drive for a high degree of execution
• Demonstrated ability to excel in ambiguous situations
• Strategic thinking, prioritization, collaboration and problem solving skills
