Roles and Responsibilities:

• Brings the data aspect to the business with respect to a given deployment specially in terms of the mapped business processes with the underlying data aspects / demands.
• Responsible for bridging the gap (Process Consult) between Business unit and offshore Data Conversion Technical delivery team with respect to a given function. 
• Prepare and Validate pre-load and post-load validation scripts. (RDC process validation) 
• Data Cleansing and De-Dupe support for as specific deployment. 
• Support the load cycles as per the assigned task and be responsible for defect resolution within the function. 
• Help Business Unit understand data conversion process specific to a function or an object. 
• Work closely with business unit functional team (SAP BA) mates to understand the data correctly.   

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree
• 5+ years’ experience of working with business to deliver technology solutions
• 3+ Prior data conversion experience
• 1+ year experience working on teams with resources spread across the globe
• Business fluency in English
• Ability to travel up to 20%, varying by project cycles       

Success Attributes:

• Must have experience and good knowledge in the data conversion for SAP systems
• Knowledge of at least one major business process
• Demonstrated ability to drive data conversion task and influence others
• Demonstrated ability learn quickly and drive for a high degree of execution
• Demonstrated ability to excel in ambiguous situations
• Strategic thinking, prioritization, collaboration and problem solving skills
