As the size of their business continue to expand, they are inviting a PRC Leasing Director to lead their PRC projects.

Responsibilities:
As a PRC Leasing Director - Hangzhou station, you will be overseeing all leasing activities for the companies' mix-use development. You will be assisting and coordinating with the management team & marketing team and involved in strategic planning on analysis of the trade mix pattern and projection. You will lead the negotiation and communication with the core tenants and bring the rental revenue to targeted level.
Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you are required to have a Bachelor degree in Real Estates or related discipline. You must have at least 10 years of solid experience in leasing properties in China. Membership of relevant professional institutions is required and so does high level of negotiation and communication skills. Self motivated, innovative, mature, result-oriented and able to work independently and under pressure would lead you down the path to success in this role.
