? Enable and drive demand plan

? Be responsible of merchandising in season operation success and flow( Buying demand, S&OP)

? Develop Category Demand Plan. This includes long and short term Demand plans at a category, sub category and style - color level, monthly Demand Plans at various levels

? Develop an integrated purchase planning and inventory management process that effectively support category strategy, priorities and profitability objectives

? Participate in all lifecycle management activities and manage End 2 End operations for the category

? Create insights & tools that consider product acumen, consumer knowledge & business analytics

? Forecasting system implementation.
