Job Description
 The position holder will support HR daily operational works:
- Conduct CV screening and update candidates data pool
- Collect and check monthly store staff attendance record
- Assist employee personal file documentation,  maintain staff in & out record
- Coordinate the staff activities and events
- Provide proof reading of intranet content translation
- Other ad hoc works assigned by line manager

Position Requirement:
- Bachelor or Master degree with relevant working experiences, retail industry background is a strong plus
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter mind set and able to work multi-task
- Familiar with MS Office application, especially Excel, and proficient in English
- Available for at least three weekdays per week
