Job Title :  Analyst，Industrial Services

  

Consultant Function

• Provide professional and comprehensive consulting services to governments, enterprises, investors and public institutions
• Assist the project manager to provide consulting for client companies and projects, related land/industry planning, policy advice, business model research, development recommendations, investment and financing planning, financial analysis, resource docking, etc.
• Complete the financial and economic calculation analysis of the project independently
• Responsible for drafting the project plan research report

  

  Database Management

• To build strong industrial business database including of tenants, industrial developers and funds, governments etc.
• To update database contacts and input related information onto the COMPASS and to ensure that departmental staff do likewise.

  

Central Filing System

• Working with the department head, to maintain and keep up to date the filing system for all work in the Shanghai office.

  

Departmental Marketing Tools

• To ensure that all documents produced by Knight Frank Shanghai, whether internal or external, are in accordance with documented policies and are consistent with the message that the company is trying to convey about our mission and vision. To ensure that clients receive a consistent and professional image of the Company.

  

Person Specification

• At least 1-2 years relevant working experience

• Bachelor degree or above

• Proficient in both Chinese and English communication skills

• Good communication skill and interpersonal relationship

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT with detailed and clear work plan

• Have basic research and analysis skills, clear and rigorous logical thinking, good communication, coordination and teamwork spirit and responsibility
