w  Processing and posting daily bank activities, including bank service charge, funding transfer, interest income/expense accrual and settlement, cash collateral, etc.

w  Work closely with AXP treasury accounting team in order to make sure journals initiated from Oracle flow to Yonyou system timely and accurately

w  Responsible for monthly bank balances reporting and reconciliation

w  Support collateral management including regular review with Risk team and reconciliation

w  Manage funding requests from stakeholders and ensure Treasury Operation team send funds timely

w  Play ERP administrator role to oversee the change requests and execute the changes for business parameters

w  Assist in finance projects and initiatives, such as ERP optimization, new business modelling related to treasury accounting, etc.

Ad hoc projects as required if any

w  Bachelor degree or above with a major in Accounting or Finance

w  Minimum 2 years relevant experience in accounting, CPA or equivalent accounting certificate is a plus

w  Experience with ERP system is a must, Yonyou/Oracle implementation experience is a plus

w  Good communication skills, with fluency in English and Chinese

w  Strong sense of responsibility, good team work spirit and attention to detail

w  Ability to multi-task and drive actions to completion under strict deadlines

w  Positive “can do” attitude and highly analytical; enjoys challenges

w  Action-oriented and solution-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast pace environment

w  Proficient IT skills including Excel and Outlook
