Coordinating service sales, service request and resources, providing professional support in back office, to improve the work efficiency both of service sales & operation in area, and improve the customer satisfaction.

  

通过协调售后销售需求、服务需求及资源整合，提供专业的后台支持，以改进区域销售和运作团队的工作效率，并提高客户满意度。

  

  

General Function & Key Objectives:

  

1. Control the "work in process"(WIP), create and close order in SAP & SPM3 & OPM daily.

   关注进行中的订单（WIP），每天在SAP中关单，更新销售管理系统（SPM3）及运作管理系统（OPM）状态；

2. Identify variance and key issues from daily workflow or reporting data, propose suggestions to regional supervisor and manager.

   从日常工作或数据分析中，发现差异及问题，汇报区域主管及经理，并能提出建议等；

          

Primary Responsibilities:

  

1. Provide back office support for frontline staff, help on phone calls, faxes, quotations, checking contracts, chopping, filing etc., keep good communication with internal & external customers, understand their needs, find solutions to improve customer satisfaction.

   为一线服务人员提供日常的办公室后勤支持， 如电话、传真、报价、检查合同、盖章、整理归档等，与内外部客户保持良好沟通，了解需求，寻求各种方案提高客户满意度；

    

1. Booking sales order into SAP after contracts approved in Sales Process Management (SPM3), monitor Shop Online (SOL) sales order, follow up order status etc.

   经销售管理系统（SPM3）审批的合同，及时在SAP中下单，监控商城在线（SOL）同步订单，并跟进订单状态；

2. Assist area supervisors or team leaders, confirm service type, collect the customer, equipment, labor and parts info. needed, apply all service requests in Operation Management Database (OPM DB) in time.

   协助区域主管或组长，正确区分服务类型，汇总所需的客户、设备、人工和零件信息，及时在运作管理系统（OPM）上提交服务申请；

3. Place service order into SAP after requests approved, assign it to service engineers.

   已批准的服务申请需及时在SAP中开单并指派工程师；

4. Check credit limit, confirm stock, follow up the delivery schedule, feedback to area supervisors, sales / service engineers and customers.

   检查信控额度，确认库存并跟踪货期，及时向区域主管、销售/服务工程师及客户反馈相关信息；

5. To coordinate with logistic team and cargo agency or product company, ensure package and delivery as required.

   与物流中心及货运代理或工厂协调，确保包装和发运按要求执行；

6. Follow up job status and daily progress of service engineers, update the planning board, check the synchronous data including PO and labor uploading.

   了解工程师每日的工作进展，跟进工作状态并更新派工看板，检查同步数据，保证工时按时且正确的记录进SAP；

7. To coordinate with credit department for payment, receivables, and issue VAT invoices.

   与信控部门保持良好沟通，确认付款，清理应收，及时收寄发票；

8. Maintain customer & equipment master data, ensure all info correctly and completely, keep updating in SAP and C&M database etc.

   维护客户和设备的主数据，确保各项资料正确和完整，保持SAP、客户和设备数据库（C&M）、设备在线（MOL）的信息更新；

9. Collect the subcontracted and dealer warranty information, guide it be booked & applied correctly and no delay, help to finish the payment.

   汇总外包外购及代理商保修信息，指导其被正确申请且无延误，完成费用结算；

10. Coordinate with TS、PS team and RDC, help on return & RMA issues.

    与技术支持、产品支持团队及物流中心协调，协助退料事宜；

11. To prepare weekly or monthly reports, such as order on hand (not delivered and unbilled), profitability analysis & sales reports and account receivable aging report, Labor Report, WIP, KPI figures, etc.

    准备周报月报，如未交付未出票跟踪、利润分析、销售报告、应收账期报告、工时报告、订单报告、KPI报告等；

12. Obey company BCOP and verity approval process before any physical activity.

    遵守公司的商业道德行为准则，任何涉及业务的行为都需要得到授权；

  

JOB Qualifications

  

  

Education and Experience Requirements:

  

1. Major in E-Business, Business administration, English etc., college degree and above.

   电子商务、工商管理、英语等专业大专以及以上学历；

2. 2 year experience at least.

   最少2年工作经验。

   Language Ability: (English & Mandarin)

            

1. Fluent in English, reading & writing at least.

   英文读写流利

2. CET6 is a plus

   CET6级优先

        

  

Training & Skill Development:

  

1. Excellent in MS software

   办公软件熟练

2. Skilled in SAP ERP system

   熟练使用SAP

   General Work Attitude:

            

1. Customer orientated attitude.
