Responsibility

1. The primary responsibility of the HRBP is to guide, challenge and support managers on how to handle HR related issues.

2. Provide implementation support for HR processes, new HR systems and initiatives in the People area.

3. Follow-up on delivered services and provide input for process improvement to the relevant process owners.

4. Collaborate within the HR function to plan and execute the deliverables based on business needs.

5. Knowledge sharing within HR.

6. Actively identify areas for improvement within the Service Delivery Model.

7. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of HR reporting data

8. Proactively build and promote strong employee trust and open communication between all levels through the Polestar Culture and code of conduct

Competence Requirements

1. Expert (and corporate) knowledge in key HR competence areas such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Labor relations, Change Management.

2. General knowledge and understanding of the organization, high level knowledge of the external business environment, and good knowledge of own organization’s business drivers and key deliverables in order to engage and effectively communicate with key internal stakeholders.

3. High integrity, works within corporate guidelines and can apply good judgement within own area of responsibility in case of deviation

4. Analytical skills, good user skills of most common IT programs include Excel and SAP

5. Ability to work independently, with continuous improvements, in a structured way, sets right priorities

6. Fluent in English, oral and written; good communication skills and interpersonal(influencing) skills
