• Lead and drive the process RFQ′s together with Purchasing and ME team, make sure all process activities are followed up and installed according to project timeplan.
• Integrate within the B+U and ME time plan to create a project master time plan. Update status regularly with feedback to ME management team.
• Equipment operation and maintenance work order management and optimization;
• Lead the continuous improvement for the maintenance procedures.
• To manage the process backlog, work in close relation to stakeholders and customers in the plant
• To build a effective Process Team with defined Area Engineers.

To work in close relation with T&E suppliers, making sure the requirements for supplier delivered capabilities are understood and assisting with the conceptual integration of these concerns.

任职要去：

本科以上学历，供应工程相关专业。

1. 10年或以上类似工作经验。At least 10 years work experience in related field ;

2. 3年或以上整车制造工厂相关工作经验优先。At least 3 years work experience in automobile project will be preferable;

3. 熟练运用MS Office软件。Be familiar with Microsoft office ;

4. 熟悉土建和机电安装相关知识,并熟悉项目管理。Knowledge in civil and MEP installation and project management;

5. 熟悉主机厂设备，有维修计划管理经验更佳 Knowledge of equipment of auto OEM,  preferred to have maintenance management experience.

6. 良好的汇报和沟通能力。Good report and communication skill

7. 良好的英语读写能力，具备良好的口语能力更佳。English Writing and Reading must be required, English oral will be preferable
