1. The position requires extensive knowledge of and the ability to develop Image processing algorithm for CMOS ISP pipeline 

2. Test and tuning existing image processing pipeline for the key customers 

3. Develop new algorithms for ISP product 

4. Support all stages of development from design through prototype, beta, production and support 

5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to engineering staff and other departments 

6. Provide strong onsite customer support if necessary 

7. Strong coding skills, both in C/C++ and MATLAB 

Requirement: 

1. EE/Computer Science/Optics Master Degree with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in image processing. 

2. Solid Exeprience in image processing pipeline algorithm for video and still camera applications, including Bad Pixel Correction, Demosaicing, Denoise, Edge Enhancement etc. 

3. Knowledge and experience in ISP new features, including HDR, RGBW/RGBIR, or related 

4. Proven development experience in a commercial, product-driven environment preferred 

5. Demonstrated knowledge in optics is desired 

6. Experience with training and running deep learning model is highly preferred
