岗位职责Job Responsibilities:

1、 协助进行喷涂工艺流程及喷涂设备工艺参数的设定与管理，并监督实施，保证生产的正常进行；

Assist in the setting and management of painting process and painting equipment process parameters, and supervise the implementation to ensure the normal production;

2、 组织解决喷涂质量异常问题，进行质量缺陷分析和质量改进；

Organize to solve the problem of abnormal painting quality, conduct quality defect analysis and quality improvement;

3、 喷涂支架、工装、工艺技术的持续优化；

Continuous optimization of painting brackets, tooling and process technology;

4、 进行喷涂生产数据的统计分析；

Perform statistical analysis of painting production data;

5、 配合新项目喷涂工艺的开发；

Cooperate with the development of painting technology for new projects;

6、 协助建立工艺保障体系，保障生产有效运行；

Assist in the establishment of a process support system to ensure the effective operation of production;

7、 现场5S及安全生产管理；

On-site 5S and safety production management;

8、 进行团队管理及梯队培养，组织员工制定个人工作及培训计划，监督执行并提供辅导；

Conduct team management and echelon training, organize employees to formulate personal work and training plans, supervise the implementation and provide coaching;

9、 完成上级交办的其他工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

岗位要求 Job Requirements：

1、 本科及以上学历，机械、材料工程或相关专业；

Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, material engineering or related;

2、5年喷涂工作经验，5年生产管理工作经验，3年水性喷漆工作经验，有汽车或塑料行业工作经验者优先；

5 years of painting experience, 5 years of production management experience, 3 years of water-based spray experience, automotive or plastics industry experience is preferred;

3、了解不同类型产品的特点及喷涂生产工艺；

Understand the characteristics of different types of products and painting production process;

4、熟悉喷涂设备及系统操作原理；

Familiar with the painting equipment and system operation principle;

5、熟悉TS16949质量体系知识；生产管理知识；公司经营及管理流程；人事管理知识；Familiar with the knowledge of TS16949 quality system; production management knowledge; company management and management process; personnel management knowledge;

6、具备良好的统筹规划及控制能力，组织能力，沟通协调能力，解决问题的能力；

Have good overall planning and control ability, organization ability, communication and coordination ability, problem solving ability;
