Inventory & Supply Chain Management Specialist, as part of our global Service Operational Excellence team of Avantor (global top supplier for life science products & services), you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for daily operation management of inventory management, including warehouse/ (Point of Use) POU management, goods receiving and associated work. Suggestion for associated service plan. And responsible for EHS/Quality issue analysis/solving/communication.

    

负责实验室化学品、试剂以及实验室耗材的库存管理，以及安全及质量方面的问题解决和沟通。

    

• Weekly meeting for above service management plan and execution record. Also including improvement plan and execution record, such as warehouse record, Inventory Manager system data input, POU replenish record, etc,.

    

每周例行对库存管理的情况进行审核，并提出相应的持续改进方案。

    

• Responsible for specific service document (WI, SOP, Workflow)/(refresh) training management.

    

熟悉库存管理服务工作的操作流程，并进行梳理和归档，在必要的时候可以为资浅员工提供相应的培训。

    

• Support site manager to fulfill the service level agreement (SLA), inventory metrics, KPIs.

    

支持管理经理的工作，共同达到关键绩效指标的要求；

    

• Responsible for local reports, services quarterly business review (QBR) data preparation.

    

负责工作数据报告，以及季度业务报告的数据准备；

    

• Responsible for daily work inspection and report.

    

负责每天的工作检查和报告，发现问题及时汇报；

    

• Responsible for service data analysis and service efficiency and productivity improvement proposal generation.

    

负责服务数据的整理和分析，并能够对服务和效率的改进提出可实行的建议；

    

• Be as the backup of site coordinator when needed.

    

在工作需要时候可以支持其他同事的工作；

QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)

    

• College degree or above;

    

至少大专或本科学历；

    

• 2-3 years’ work experience；
• 2到3年质量控制实验室（Quality Control QC Lab）或者库存管理（尤其是化学品或试剂或实验室耗材）相关经验
• Major in logistics / Supply Chain Management / Engineering or related;

    

物流管理或供应链管理或化学化工相关专业

    

• Pharmaceutical factory working experience (particularly Quality control lab experience) is preferred;

    

药厂工作经验加分（尤其是QC实验室工作经验）

    

• Basic knowledge in chemicals & reagents preferred;

    

了解基本的化学品和试剂相关知识加分

    

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently)

    

• Strong interpersonal skills with good communication.
• Customer-focused.
• Good data analysis skill and excellent office skill
• High working efficiency and strong sense of responsibility.
